Time: 5 minutes
Servings: 2

Ingredients :

  • 3 bananas
  • 2 cup milk
  • Vanilla extract (optional)
  • 2 tsp Sugar/jaggery/honey

Procedure :

  • First, peel and chop 3 medium-sized bananas.
  • Add the chopped bananas to a blender jar.
  • (You can chopped bananas and pour into a plastic bag or air-tight container for a smooth texture and rest them for 15 minutes.)
  • Then add 2 cups of cold milk.
  • Add a ½ tsp of vanilla extract or 1 to 2 pinches of vanilla powder. (Optional)
  • Add 2 tsp of raw sugar or jaggery or honey.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • (If the banana shake to be very thick add only half a cup of water and blend again until you get the desired consistency.)
  • Pour into 2 large or 3 small glasses.

Banana milkshake is ready to drink.

  • ⅔ cup Milk
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tbsp Chocolate Syrup (or 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder)
  • 2-3 scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream (or Frozen Yogurt)

Procedure :

  • Peel and chop banana into big pieces and add in a blender/mixing jar.
  • Pour milk into the jar.
  • Add vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients :

  • 3 bananas
  • 2 cups of milk
  • cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Procedure :

  • Add chopped bananas (big pieces) to a blender or mixing jar.
  • Add 1 tbsp peanut butter and blend it again.
  • As mixture started mixing well, add 1 cup of milk and mix it again.
  • When the mixture becomes smooth, add 1 pinch of cinnamon powder and blend/mix it again.
